Unused hours can roll over for up to one additional month, as long as your plan remains active. This ensures you always get the full value of your subscription.
Can I request help outside regular business hours?
Yes — emergency support is available for an additional fee. Standard turnaround for most tasks is 1–3 business days depending on complexity.
What if I need more hours than my plan includes?
Extra time is billed at the regular hourly rate of $49.95 + taxes, and you’ll be notified in advance before any additional hours are used.
