How to use

  1. Tap Open Breathing Trainer.

  2. Pick a preset or adjust the seconds for In / Hold / Out / Hold.

  3. Set Rounds (or leave it at 0 for unlimited).

  4. Press Start and follow the circle as it expands and contracts.

 

Suggested starter routines

  • Box (4-4-4-4): a balanced, steady pace for focus.

  • 4-7-8: longer hold + exhale for a slower rhythm.

  • Calm (4-0-6-2): gentle exhale emphasis.
