Online Eye Trainer (Web Version)

This simple online eye trainer helps you practice visual tracking by following a small moving dot on the screen. Choose different movement patterns—Smooth Pursuit, Saccades-only, Figure-8, Zig-zag, or Chaotic—and run it in full-screen mode for a distraction-free session. It’s a quick way to add a short “eye focus” break into your day, especially if you spend a lot of time on screens.

How to use it

Click Open Eye Trainer, press Start, and follow the dot using only your eyes (try not to move your head). You can adjust the speed and switch patterns depending on what feels comfortable. Most people prefer short rounds (for example, 30–60 seconds), followed by a brief rest.
