How to use this timer
- Sit comfortably and relax your shoulders.
- Press Start Preparation and take slow, relaxed breaths.
- After the last preparation breath, gently exhale.
- Tap to start the hold timer.
- Tap again when you naturally need to breathe.
- Take a comfortable recovery breath and rest before the next round.
